MCM sunday: vampires and amis

second and final day of my con weekend, sigh, wonderful as always and i can’t believe it’s over once more </3 sunday featured looking like death, more ridiculous wigs, recruiting jehan for the undead, waistcoats, cupcakes, unintentional coordination, and some pretty damn emotional farewells before dashing off for a slightly bleak bus journey. the vampire chronicles was a lot of fun to cosplay and it feels weird now to not have fangs, we got some great photos, i spent far too much as usual, and at least some of us kept up the les mis tradition.
as ever, i met/saw/reunited with/smooched/got tackled by/ran into far too many perfect darlings to tag, but fearlessstateofmind, cakewithwings, simulatedstars, and ciasty all made it into this photoset
having devamped and looking deader than ever i am going to curl up with one of the incredible teas i acquired from the ever-perfect kingfancypantsthethird / beastlybeverages

MCM saturday: musketeers & vikings

first day at the con for me this time round, so ridiculously lovely to see all these ridiculous nerds again ❤ saturday featured impressive devotion to makeup, the most ridiculously swooshy cloak, fantastic hats, and some interesting crossovers. the musketeers group was so much fun and needs reprising asap, and it was awesome to meet other musketeers cosplayers (whose urls i sadly don’t have!) and to be in the presence of mel’s awe-inspiring lagertha… then back to the boat-el (hotel… on a boat) for overcomplicated takeout and cuddle piles as ever
