god these cloaks are wierd (the long dark blue, like travelling cloaks) they seem to have the facing just sewn onto the back with a line of stiching very close to the edge and then the two layers of raw edges left there are allowed to fray a bit, and they aren’t hemmed at the bottom – I mean its fine (and i think it makes them easier to make) but its an odd way to do stuff.
