more modern enjolras 🙂 with the wig from mcm which looks considerably better tied back (to the side? eh hair’s more brick than modern I guess) and desaturated on photoshop (hopefully getting a more naturally coloured one if I have any money ever)

this cosplay’s fun 🙂 but I really need some shoes if I’m going to wear it anywhere

sorry the photo quality is aweful and my eyes are unfocused – no contacts in – and eyes kind of too dark to go with blond hair really also

Victorian Tailoring

Sharing for all the great les mis cosplayers I now know from expo: Andrew at Victorian Tailoring is currently making an 1830s outfit (Including drop front trousers at some point which my dash exploded with yesterday – so I may tag eddie in this but I don’t know if that’ll be weird). He’s done shirt and underwear so far. 

He does great photos of details and process (and does walkthroughs sometimes). Some of the other victorian era stuff on there is relivent also, and he’s done some regency stuff (also with fall fronted trousers acctually).

Hey next time I should go as R and sketch at the meet (in all seriousness I want to do more les mis stuff and waistcoats are fun to make…so if I show up in October with nine and just go ‘well which revolutionary do you want’ you have been warned)

WIP for london expo

Enjolras cosplays I hope to acctually finish for expo weekend, two versions from red and black and do you hear the people sing (I don’t acctually know which to wear or when)

please excuse my odd expressions here, and unfocused look, haven’t put contacts in

The jacket still needs hemming and buttons, as the convention starts the day after my portfolio deadline that’ll probably be done thrusday night

There’s going to be a les mis meet up on the saturday which sounds exciting (still too scared to join the facebook group though)

bonus wig i need to make curly/ do some styling of some sort too (I like the length I imagine Enjolras with longer hair than in the film despite the fact the rest of the outfit is film influenced)
