I was doodling it wasn’t really supposed to turn out depressing sorry. But this is basically my head Canon for why Grantaire argues with Enjolras.

“What happened?” asked Courfeyrac alarmed when Combeferre came in carrying Enjolras on his back

“I think he forgot he’s human” Combeferre replied dryly, but not without a hint of fondness in his voice “again”

Courfeyrac laughed “ah” he tilted his head sideways to look at Enjolras then reached out to push his fringe off his face “how long since you last slept?”

Enjolras growled at him, mumbled something incoherant and burried his head back into the side of Combeferre’s neck.

Courfeyrac just grinned “so about three days then?”

“three and a half” Combeferre corrected.


Been finishing some stuff off this week (just colouring and inking mostly) got half those chibi’s done so thay’ll probably be up later after that I’ll start on stuff I’ve got promised to people. Everyone’s all  moderny in this cause of the amount of modern au cosplay conversations I’ve been having with various people recently

of all the answers to ‘what should I be doing tonight?’ drawing les mis fanart was not really one of them

but here’s a Enjolras, Combeferre and Courfeyrac sketch in ink, they are more book canon than the film I think though there’s some influences from that too
