oh yeah of course, you’re still waiting on exam results aren’t you? (I get a provisional timetable in er..july sometime? so then i’ll more or less know what I can do for oct expo. exam timetable isn’t til march for the summer though ><)

we do need to do that marathon! and it’ll help with recruitment

think i shall do R then? got some paint splattered jeans I can tear up a bit and my own hair works for him (not sure what to do with it but the colour right)

amechibi is in my easter holidays, so my house might also be mostly empty (and we’ve actually got several nottingham bases I think). that’s a reasonably open invitation on my part for les amis and connected people etc.

it would be! we will have to see if everyones timings work out to coinside nearer the time I think

my results won’t affect next year, but i’m still waiting to hear back from two of my unis entirely >< but seeing as it’s drama school my plans are going to be dependant on when shows are on.

we really do! sometime this summer would be great, depends when everyone’s around. i’ll stick a post about it in the facebok group

you’d make an awesome R, go for it. and hair wise… idk, gel it up somehow or just go for more paint splatters?

mm, my plans are far from set in stone, it depends what my schedules for next year look like too.

i think we’ve got enough people interested to get a decent firefly group together (and can probably recruit more after we manage to have that marathon ^^) even if it’s waaaaay in the future. 

there’s a hannibal meet on the sat of lfcc, so if you do go for will that’d be cool! (and hopefully my alana will have a better wig and her own gun by then…). Punk!amis-wise, from what i remember Rory was doing Feuilly, Jules was doing Enj, then maybe Danni Eponine, Chloe Gavroche, Susie Ferre, Josie Bahorel, don’t know how much of that is definite. And I’m doing Courf again ^^

i think kita’s in summer, yeah (the internet is telling me “From 2015 Amecon and Kitacon are forming an alliance, in odd numbered years Amecon will run in the spring as AmeChibi and Kitacon in the Summer as a larger convention.”) and amechibi sounds cute as heck, i’ll definitely try and come depending on timetables and budget and stuff.

scarlet witch, wiccan, and speed would be rad as heck, let me know if you and mel plan anything ❤

I could actually do will on sat lfcc…I hadn’t thought of that, I was also considering doing reg shoe again if I can figure out the crossbow bolts to do properly though. don’t have time to make anything new so would have to be a repeat hmm…canon les mis maybe? that’d be the other costumes I could wear hmm…

(also when’s kita next year? is it in the summer, cause also come to amechibi its about ten minutes from my house in april)

It’s not even that I don’t drink water I just tend to drink very little of anything during the day? Even less so at cons unless I remember to bring a bottle with me (and even then I’ll sit down on the train and go “oh gosh my throat is drryyyyy”) (heck yeah ribena wine, even if ribena is disgusting…)

well…ice has probably been around a while (could jump in the thames that was deifnitly there in victorian times) when are fans? they’ve used them in flamenco dancing for ages I think, and deffinitly before 1830s cause fueilly! doesn’t seem quite in character though.

ah i do the same kind of thing actually (though sunday I think i just talked a lot at dinner and my throat hurt)

I think so? didn’t they also have parasol cause getting a tan was for the lower classes? (or is that earlier – anyway probably too hot outside)

I did…this was a mistake, I didn’t think this through. I did mean the elctric ones actually cause they can be quite effective, non electric ones wont be ahistorical (ice packs?) I do exactly the same, I don’t really like water its boring and tastes funny in london, I do drink it at conventions though (we were thinking of doing ribena for wine or something though)

Yeah loads of the characters are great the decision is hard

Hopefully it won’t be boiling that weekend, but it rarely is (although the weather wasn’t exactly in our favour last Saturday with the sporadic hailstorm, so there’s no guarantee)

I noticed, and I think that was definitely the cherry on the cake when it came to persuasion. I mean, who could say no to that?

no it was not! we had to retreat to the hotel room to dry off, octobers not often warm either xD (inside the hall though…) got any other plans for furutre cosplay btw?

I think a bundle of blankets is possibly the most useful prop you could possibly have at Expo, especially in October.
