You wanted to talk about homoromantic asexual issues–here’s one: I can’t want people like me in fiction, because that’s lesbophobic.

- (and i can remove them if you like)
- (except in cases where its 'ace people in general' rather than ace women or wlw in particular)
- (first person does not apply personally)
- (I was specifically things about race when writing that but it applys elsewhere too)
- and in groups that arent at all about relationships (by which i basically mean anything that not sexuality)
- and just in general we stop defining peoples worth by the same
- because my tangental point is
- but i really like the point that the issue solves itself if we stop defining the worth of peoples relationships by....level of sex
- but we just arent
- by...existing
- contributing to that desualisation by...being themselves
- it is incredibly frustrating that instead of turning on people who are part of your own group for....
- stopping defining the worth of relationships like that isn't enough
- this is deffinitly tangentil so tags
- this is relivent in certain ways to any group where you essentially end up 'confirming' the desexualised image people outside it
- want or expect to see
- we could be uniting in the fight against stopping bigots doing the desexualisation in the first place
