the whole ‘everything goes in its own box and none of the boxes can touch’ thing that ace activism does all the damn time has been bothering me for a while…

there was a post talking about how people are forced to compartmentalise and put away other identities when advocating for another (which i think is about something at the oscars?) which triggered this thought. I mean thats a problem everywhere but ace activism is really terrible at it
