Someone just pointed out to me how Anne Frank and Martin Luther King JR. were both born in the same year, but most people associate them as being in complete different points in history.
This blew my mind
the parts of history they were involved in happened at different points in their lives, they also happen in different countries. We do think of the events as being further appart than the 20 years they are but…
The bigger take aways from this fact should be that they’d both be 84 today had they not been killed by bigots, really. Imagine what anne frank could have achieved had she lived as long as martin luther king did, imagine what they both could have had they’re lives not been cut short by someone else.
