Pretty sure he’s on a sprung tumbling track but this is pretty cool

tumbling is damn hard and requires loads of work but the height achieved here isn’t neccesserily unusual (from people who are good at it)

so yeah this is an actual thing that you could do with training and stuff which is awesome

compare mybe Kohei Uchimura? for heights possible on unsprung floor (he’s not called superman for nothing)
